Denisse began practicing yoga almost four years ago and realized after a couple months of practice that yoga was an essential part of her life. She fell in love with the vinyasa method, the synchronization that exists between the body and the breath, as well as the mind. She became Power Vinyasa 200 hr Certified with the Yoga Alliance in 2016 and has been teaching ever since. She also got certified in Rocket yoga in early 2018, the style that originally got her hooked into yoga in 2015. Denisse also practices the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. Her intention is to help you open up the physical and mental binds that block your full potential. She does this by leading you through challenging physical and mental practices accompanied by uplifting music. “Yoga for me is a practice for self-transformation and evolution. With its constant practice, I have discovered my sense of self and it has been a tool on the journey to becoming the best version of myself. It has brought awareness into my life and it has showed me deep way of connecting with my body, mind and heart. Not only do I feel healthier and stronger physically, but now I found a beautiful discipline for life that keeps me focused and balanced in every sense and with every part of my life.
