This class will cover either the full or half primary series of Ashtanga (our schedule will specify), the eight limbed path, taught by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois.

Ashtanga vinyasa is a series of set postures linked together by breath and movement to create internal heat, strength, purification and healing within the body and mind.
